主讲人简介:
周守为,中国工程院院士,第九届中国科学技术协会副主席,中国海洋学会副理事长,油气藏地质及开发工程国家重点实验室主任,我国著名海洋石油开发工程专家,在40年的工作中一直奋战在海洋石油生产科研第一线,为我国海洋石油工业的发展做出了重大贡献,在海上稠油油田开发、优快钻完井、边际油田开发及FPSO(浮式生产储油卸油装置)全海式油田开发等技术创新中做出了突出贡献。
致力于推动国家深水战略的布局和深水技术的发展,为建立我国深海油田开发工程技术体系进行了深入探索,由他组织并成功研发了深水钻井平台海洋石油981的设计和建设,使我国成为继美国、挪威后第三个具备设计、建造、调试和使用的国家,实现了深水技术的突破。获国家科技进步特等奖1项,一等奖1项,获国家科技进步二等奖5项,发表专著5部,发表论文30余篇。
Brief Introduction of Professor Zhou Shouwei
Zhou Shouwei, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Vice Chairman of the Ninth Chinese Association for Science and Technology, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Institute of Oceanography, Director of the State Key Laboratory of Reservoir Geology and Development Engineering, famous expert of offshore petroleum development engineering in China, he has been working in the front line of offshore petroleum production and scientific research in the past 40 years, and made significant contributions to the development of China's offshore petroleum industry, and made outstanding contributions to technological innovations such as the development of offshore thick-oil oilfields, optimized and rapid drilling and completion, marginal oilfield development and FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) all-offshore oilfield development.
He is committed to promoting the layout of the national deep-water strategy and the development of deep-water technology, carried out in-depth exploration for the establishment of China's deep-water oilfield development engineering technology system, he organized and successfully developed the design and construction of the deep-water drilling platform Haiyang Shiyou 981, which made China become the third country with the ability of designing, constructing, debugging, and using the rig after the United States and Norway, and achieved a breakthrough in deep-water technology. He has won one special prize and one first prize for national scientific and technological progress, five second prizes for national scientific and technological progress, five monographs and more than 30 papers.
